H-40 knee joint is a prosthetic knee joint product with completely independent intellectual property rights, and has passed 3 million fatigue tests by national authoritative testing institutions.

This joint is a combined four axis pneumatic knee joint, and its multi axis characteristics allow it to perform both translational and rotational movements simultaneously, making it closer to the motion characteristics of the human knee joint. Installing such knee joints facilitates patients to achieve good gait.

When the knee joint is extended, the center of rotation is located above the joint and behind the weight-bearing line, ensuring the stability of the knee joint. On the other hand, the position of the quadrangular pyramid on the upper connecting rod can be adjusted to find the balance point between the stability and flexibility of the knee joint, meeting the patient's optimal gait requirements.

When the knee joint flexes, the center of rotation rapidly decreases with the flexion and returns to the usual position of the knee axis, which is beneficial for the patient's extension and flexion movements.
