The intelligent pneumatic knee joint (H-40Z) is a combined four axis pneumatic knee joint that can automatically adjust the joint swing rhythm. Its main feature is that the joint can automatically adjust the joint's motion damping according to the user's step and gait changes through its own intelligent control system, to change the joint swing speed, making it better conform to the user's step speed and gait, and enabling the user to obtain a more natural and good gait.

This joint intelligent control system consists of a power subsystem, a sensor subsystem, a central processing unit, and a control execution mechanism.

The sensor system obtains real-time gait information from the user and sends it to the central processing unit for interpretation, judgment, optimization. The final processing result is sent to the control actuator and drives the electronic damping valve to adjust the joint speed. The entire process is automatically completed, and the perfect combination of software and hardware enables patients to completely get rid of the troubles of prosthetics.

Due to the combined four axis structure used in the joint, its multi axis characteristics allow it to have both translational and rotational movements simultaneously, making it closer to the motion characteristics of the human knee joint.
