6-01 Spring Reset Lock Knee Joint hinge series

Features: The 601 series knee hinge is a spring return knee hinge, and its lock body is machined from stainless steel material. The upper and lower support bars are divided into two types: aluminum alloy and stainless steel material. The hinge adopts a locking structure with a linear wedge spring reset. When the hinge is extended, the locking card can automatically reset, reliably locking the knee hinge. The unlocking methods are cable type and lever type. Pulling the cable or pulling the lever can unlock the knee hinge locking card, and after unlocking, the knee hinge can swing freely.

Purpose: Used for the assembly of knee orthotics, knee ankle foot orthotics, hip knee ankle foot orthotics (including some paraplegic walking braces), controlling knee joint hyperextension and flexion, and improving knee joint support stability.
