Indications: Postoperative fixation for lumbar and low lumbar compression fractures, osteoporosis, excessive thoracic kyphosis caused by lumbar weakness, and postural excessive thoracic kyphosis. Suitable for treating traumatic and compression fractures of the thoracolumbar spine. Sometimes it is also used to treat posterior kyphosis caused by posterior kyphosis deformity and thoracic osteoporosis. Can replace traditional over stretched gypsum vests.
Function: Restrict the forward flexion of the thoracolumbar spine, but allow for free backward extension.
