This H-65 hydraulic joint, the first domestic four-axis hydraulic knee joint product with independent intellectual property rights and commercialisation. It is a four-axis prosthetic knee joint with fluid-mediated adjustment of knee flexion and extension damping. Its four-axis construction ensures that the joints have a good level of safety. By regulating the flow of fluid, the rate of joint flexion and extension can be effectively controlled, allowing the user to achieve a good gait. The use of fluid as a working medium allows for a finer, lighter joint structure and effectively reduces the oxygen consumption of the user. It also makes the joint safer due to the incompressible nature of the fluid. This joint has optional connections and can be used for thigh prostheses and knee disarticulation prostheses. The joint's joints, such as the quadrilateral cone, can be adjusted backwards and forwards in the sagittal plane. This gives the user the best combination of safety and flexibility and makes it easier to use. The joint is extensively constructed from aluminium alloy and weighs less than 800g, making it significantly lighter than similar products. This joint has passed the strength test specified in GB/T18375, giving the user added peace of mind.
